PCB Assembly Purchasing & Order Coordinator

Job Summary We are a growing electronics manufacturing company seeking a detail-oriented individual to support purchasing, quoting, and order processing for PCB assembly projects. This role is critical to ensuring smooth workflow from customer quote through production.

Responsibilities:

Review customer BOMs and assist in preparing quotes Source and purchase electronic components and materials Coordinate with suppliers on pricing, availability, and lead times Receive incoming materials and verify accuracy against orders Enter and manage customer orders in internal systems Track order status and communicate updates internally Support production team with material readiness Maintain accurate records of purchasing and inventory

Qualifications:

Experience in purchasing, manufacturing, or electronics preferred Familiarity with electronic components or PCB assembly is a strong plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable working with spreadsheets Strong Excel skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Job Details:

Compensation $20-$24/hour (based on experience)

Full-Time:

Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00

PM Location:
