Hiregenics is immediately hiring for Jr. Buyers in Bloomington, MN . As a Jr.

Buyer you will:

Proactively engage with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of purchase orders. Expedite supplier orders and follow up to resolve delays or issues. Update system delivery dates accurately and in a timely manner. Confirm purchase orders (POs) with suppliers. Issue purchase orders based on MRP (Material Requirements Planning) signals for assigned suppliers. Manage assigned suppliers and oversee purchase orders end-to-end, including PO entry and tracking. Maintain accurate data in internal systems and ensure alignment with supplier commitments. This is a full-time contract opportunity (3-months) 1st shift: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm The ideal candidate will need to have: Bachelor's degree preferred (recent graduates welcome). Strong proficiency in Excel and familiarity with database systems. Basic understanding or exposure to MRP (Material Requirements Planning). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Effective communication skills, particularly in supplier coordination.
