Job Description

Senior Buyer/Planner Senior Buyer/Planner role focused on medical device purchasing, production scheduling, material planning, and inventory coordination. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree 5 years of relevant buyer, planner, procurement, or production scheduling experience Medical device purchasing or production scheduling experience Experience with SAP Advanced Excel proficiency Experience sourcing, purchasing, planning, and scheduling raw materials, packaging materials, parts, components, services, supplies, finished goods, and related materials Ability to work onsite 4 days per week Preferred Skills Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment Experience supporting production and inventory processes Experience with supplier performance monitoring Experience with demand analysis planning Knowledge of manufacturing processes Experience analyzing cost, quality, reliability, and schedule requirements Job Responsibilities Source, purchase, plan, and schedule movement of raw materials, packaging materials, parts, components, services, supplies, finished goods, and related materials Support production and inventory processes through procurement and scheduling activities Identify raw material, component, and related material requirements from engineering specifications, production specifications, and schedules Analyze procurement data to determine factors affecting prices Determine lowest cost options consistent with quality, reliability, and schedule requirements Coordinate with production, warehouse, and engineering personnel to support procurement, scheduling, and material movement Follow up on material, service, and production scheduling requirements Compile information related to price trends and manufacturing processes Monitor supplier performance as needed Support demand analysis and planning activities
Pay:
