Job Description
Seeking a Senior Buyer/Planner with experience in purchasing, material planning, and production scheduling within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong SAP and Excel skills, a Bachelor's degree, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to ensure material availability and production continuity. Key Responsibilities Manage purchasing, planning, and scheduling of raw materials, components, packaging, and finished goods. Develop and maintain production schedules to support manufacturing demands. Utilize SAP and Excel for procurement, inventory management, forecasting, and reporting. Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Warehouse, and Suppliers to ensure timely material flow. Analyze supplier performance, pricing, inventory levels, and demand requirements. Resolve material shortages and support continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements Bachelor's Degree required. 5+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, production planning, or scheduling. Strong SAP and advanced Excel proficiency. Manufacturing experience required; medical device experience preferred. Strong communication, analytical, and collaboration skills. Top Priorities Production scheduling or purchasing experience.
