Someone who knows when a card is undervalued, recognizes market trends before everyone else, and understands the difference between a card that's popular today and a card that will hold value tomorrow. If you're constantly checking sold listings, following product releases, tracking rookie markets, or hunting for inventory, this role was built for you. What Makes This Opportunity Different Handle sports cards all day, every day. Work with everything from modern wax to premium singles. Influence what gets purchased, repacked, featured, and sold. Join a rapidly growing company built entirely around the hobby. Work alongside collectors, breakers, and sports card enthusiasts who speak your language. What You'll Do Source sports cards and sealed product through eBay, Whatnot, Facebook groups, hobby communities, and industry contacts. Evaluate inventory using eBay sold listings, Card Ladder, 130 Point, and market trends. Identify opportunities across singles, graded cards, wax, SSPs, autos, case hits, and chase cards. Design and build repacks that deliver strong value and memorable customer experiences. Track pricing trends, rookie markets, product releases, and hobby movement. Negotiate purchases and identify opportunities to maximize margins. Partner with the breaking team to ensure inventory is fresh, exciting, and market relevant. What We're Looking For Strong sports card knowledge across NFL, NBA, and MLB products. Experience buying, selling, grading, trading, or evaluating cards. Ability to accurately comp cards and assess true market value. Strong attention to detail and inventory organization skills. Confidence making purchasing decisions and evaluating risk. Passion for the hobby and desire to stay current on market trends. Bonus Points If You Have Experience building repacks or mystery products. Knowledge of grading standards and PSA submission strategies. Previous work with Card Ladder, Market Movers, 130 Point, or similar tools.
