Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Senior Buyer/Planner to join our dynamic team. This role involves sourcing and managing materials to ensure efficient production and inventory processes while fostering a collaborative environment. Responsibilities Source, purchase, and schedule the movement of raw materials and components through production and inventory processes. Analyze engineering and production specifications to identify material requirements. Monitor supplier performance and collaborate on demand analysis and planning. Compile information on price trends and manufacturing processes to optimize procurement strategies. Coordinate with production, warehouse, and engineering teams to ensure timely material procurement and scheduling. Skills 5+ years of relevant experience in materials management, production scheduling, or purchasing. Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively within a team. Preferred Skills Experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Background in supply chain management or logistics. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced setting.
