Key Responsibilities Manage supplier relationships , ensuring performance, quality, delivery, and cost targets are met. Drive sourcing processes, including supplier selection, negotiations, and contract execution. Implement cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement programs across the supply base. Resolve part shortages by coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to maintain production flow. Manage timelines for sourcing activities, ensuring alignment with program milestones. Coordinate cross-functional efforts across engineering, quality, manufacturing, and supply chain.
