Background check + E-verify + Drug screen Job Duties/Responsibilities Order maintenance parts, safety supplies, hand tools, and office supplies with a high level of accuracy. Collaborate with the Receiver to maintain stock levels in inventory and the part crib using Oracle/Megamation. Set up and maintain inventory in the Oracle/Megamation Item Master Field. Negotiate pricing on storeroom inventory with a focus on cost reduction. Manage outside vendor contracts for machine and facility services. Track and report usage by category (department, machine, etc.). Process and generate reports for Maintenance/Operations management (e.g., usage, sales, 5S, repairs). Create, review, and update work plans for all departments. Support the 5S system and ensure warehouse inventory is stored safely and accurately. Communicate professionally with suppliers and internal departments to address needs. Qualifications & Requirements High school diploma or GED equivalent. 2+ years of operations or industrial experience in a manufacturing setting preferred. Factory and purchasing experience preferred but not required. Strong safety focus. Ability to read, write, and perform basic math in English. Valid driver's license. Proficiency in computer use with good keyboarding skills. Intermediate-level skills in Excel, Word, Oracle, and Megamation. Basic knowledge of machinery and machine parts. Familiarity with reading prints and using measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, tape measures). Strong phone communication skills for supplier coordination. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities. Team-oriented with the ability to train others as needed. Capable of following detailed written or oral instructions. Physical ability to lift up to 80 lbs., frequently walk, stand, bend, and twist, and occasionally use ladders.
