This role is heavily focused on accuracy and data entry, with primary responsibilities including processing purchase orders, coding invoices, and ensuring all transactions are properly matched and recorded. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, the ability to work across multiple systems, and an understanding of accounting principles. Experience in accounting, accounts payable/receivable, or billing/coding roles is a strong fit for this position. Essential Duties/Responsibilities Process orders and create purchase orders in a timely manner. Match purchase orders to invoices, ensuring accuracy. Code invoices to the correct cost codes, cost categories, and GL codes. Maintain organized and up-to-date purchasing and invoice records. Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies or missing information. Verify receipt of purchased items, resolving shipment discrepancies with vendors. Education/Experience/Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail. Strong data entry skills with the ability to manage a high volume of transactions. Experience in purchasing, accounting, inventory management, or construction. Proficiency in basic computer and software skills as well as Microsoft Office Suite. Strong vendor relationship management, customer service, and organizational skills. Ability to multi-task and maintain priorities in a dynamic environment. •Storee Construction conducts pre-employment drug screens.
