Job Overview:
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Purchasing Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing procurement activities, sourcing materials, and maintaining strong supplier relationships to ensure seamless supply chain operations. The Purchasing/Sales Specialist is responsible for executing procurement and sales activities to support production and business operations. This role ensures effective management of supplier and customer relationships, competitive pricing, and accurate processing of orders while supporting cost control, profitability, and delivery performance. The position serves as a key liaison between internal departments, suppliers, and customers to drive business efficiency and operational success.
Scope of Responsibilities:
The Purchasing/Sales Specialist is responsible for supporting cost, quality, and delivery objectives by coordinating procurement and sales activities across internal departments and external partners. This role requires effective communication and collaboration with manufacturing and administrative teams to ensure business needs are met. The position supports the negotiation and administration of supplier and customer agreements, monitors performance against targets, and ensures accurate processing and reporting of purchasing and sales activities. The Specialist is accountable for maintaining data accuracy, supporting cost control initiatives, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement within procurement and sales processes
Skills:
Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing, sales, or supply chain (manufacturing preferred) Strong understanding of procurement processes, pricing strategies, and supplier management Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills Proficiency is Excel, Outlook and ERP systems (preferred) Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Purchasing Sales Specialist and play a vital role in streamlining our supply chain operations while advancing your career in a fast-paced manufacturing environment!
