We are seeking a friendly and professional purchasing coordinator to join our team. Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Purchases goods and services according to the company's policies and procedures
• Coordinates with managers to maintain inventory levels
• Ensures that purchasing documents are complete and accurate and include appropriate and reasonable terms and conditions
• Maintains pricing histories and other vendor records
• Verifying purchases by comparing purchase requisition to master list
• Interacting with suppliers to ensure on-time receipt of incoming orders
• Authorizing payments and maintaining receipts, COAs, and other records
• Verifying ISO standards are met with every shipment
• Performs other related duties as assigned Required skills and abilities:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Thorough understanding of purchasing procedures and policies
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Education and experience:
• Associate's degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2 years' experience in purchasing preferred Compensation and benefits:
