You will leverage your expertise in supply chain management and contract negotiation to optimize vendor partnerships and ensure fiscal efficiency across all procurement lifecycles. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies in partnership with program leadership to meet operational timelines. Manage the end-to-end solicitation process, including the creation of RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs while ensuring regulatory alignment. Conduct rigorous supplier evaluations and price analyses to secure high-value agreements and mitigate supply chain risks. Negotiate complex contract terms and conditions to protect organizational interests and ensure compliance with federal acquisition standards. Oversee contract performance and deliverables, proactively resolving disputes to maintain project continuity. Utilize ERP and MRP systems to track expenditures, manage inventory data, and generate actionable procurement reports. Qualifications Required Skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline. Demonstrated experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, ideally within regulated or government-facing environments. Strong working knowledge of federal procurement regulations, including FAR and DFARS. Proficiency in ERP software and advanced analytical tools for cost-benefit evaluation. Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships. Preferred Skills Professional certifications such as CPSM or CFCM. Experience with DCMA guidelines and complex defense-related contracting. Proven track record of driving process improvements in high-volume purchasing environments.
