For information, visit www.saintclares.com. Responsibilities Prepares and processes purchase orders for medications and other products. Monitors, standardizes and maintains inventory for products used within Pharmacy Department. Performs product evaluations, controls costs, and par levels. Maintains communications with appropriate personnel regarding status of items on back order. Maintains expertise in material management software, industry trends, and regulatory requirements. Anticipates specialty needs and ensures availability of supplies. Ensures medications and supplies are available for the following age groups: neonates, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. Qualifications Education and Work Experience At least 2 years of pharmacy purchasing and inventory management experience. High school diploma or equivalent required. Undergraduate degree in Inventory/Supply Chain Management preferred. Graduate of ASHP-accredited or equivalent pharmacy technician training program preferred. Working knowledge of computers and basic computer programs including Excel and Word. #LI-SK1 Pay Transparency Saint Clare's Health offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. Benefits may vary based on employment status, i.e. full-time, part-time, per diem or temporary. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $22.00/HR. to $33.00/HR. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
