Job Description

Anta Electric, Inc. is a rapidly growing electronics contract manufacturer located throughout the Northeastern United States. Anta Electric currently services customers around the globe in a broad range of industries including Military, Automotive, Fitness, Communication, Medical Equipment, Power Supply, Mobility Products, Transportation, and Security Systems.
Position Summary :
This individual is responsible for providing customers with precise and detailed cost estimates in a timely manner. The Quoting Specialist will collaborate closely with Manufacturing Engineers, Purchasing, and the Sales department to ensure that requests for quotes (RFQs) are processed with precision and efficiency. This role is pivotal in maintaining the company's reputation for delivering accurate and timely quotations to our customers.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive cost estimates for customer specific assemblies Examine and verify customer documentation, including specifications and drawings, to ensure the quote accurately reflects the customer's requirements. Work closely with Engineering, Sales, and Purchasing to ensure accuracy and meet deadlines. Ability to multi-task and set priorities. Exhibit strong analytical and data management skills. Stay organized and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
Required Skills and Experience:
Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documents. Knowledge of contract manufacturing. Understanding of the RFQ process. Experience in Purchasing/Procurement or similar roles: 2-4 years of experience. Ability to work effectively within a team environment and under pressure. Strong attention to detail, as well as problem-solving and communication skills. Proficient in ERP/Quoting systems and Excel.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
