Job Description

SUMMARY We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Associate who is fluent in both Mandarin and English to support sourcing, inventory planning, and supplier management activities. This role is responsible for maintaining product availability, coordinating with domestic and international suppliers, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of materials. The ideal candidate will have purchasing or supply chain experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to build productive supplier relationships in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor inventory levels and purchasing trends to help forecast product demand and maintain stock availability. Coordinate purchase orders and delivery schedules to ensure products arrive on time. Communicate regularly with suppliers regarding order status, lead times, and shipment updates. Investigate and resolve issues involving damaged, defective, delayed, or incorrect shipments. Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and supplier agreements to support business objectives. Maintain accurate supplier records, product information, pricing details, and purchasing data within the ERP system. Review purchase orders to verify specifications, packaging requirements, pricing, and order accuracy. Partner with internal teams and external vendors to support efficient supply chain operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
Fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of supply management experience. At least 3 years of experience in purchasing, sourcing, inventory planning, procurement, or related functions. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Strong mathematical, analytical, and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

COMPENSATION
$65,000 - $75,000/yr. #INDHP #INDHP.
