Purchasing Agent

PURCHASING AGENT

Responsible for domestic and international purchasing of graphic arts supplies and materials for producing small machines. Responsible to build and maintain vendor relationships to insure good pricing and access to multiple suppliers. Able to write purchase orders as requested by department heads. At least 4 years experience in purchasing. Ability to read simple blueprints. Organized and ability to work independently. Computer literate and able to write orders using our internal system. Familiarity with fire department/EPA/OSHA regulations a plus. Machine shop experience would be a great asset.
