PURCHASING COORDINATOR
Key Responsibilities Create, manage, and track purchase orders (POs) from creation through receipt and invoice matching. Process and manage customer orders end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, timely fulfillment, and customer satisfaction. Utilize NetSuite ERP daily for PO entry, inventory management, reporting, and workflow coordination. Assist with QuickBooks data entry, reconciliation support, and financial record maintenance. Communicate with vendors and suppliers regarding pricing, lead times, and delivery schedules.
