Full-Time | Monday-Friday Are you organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at building strong vendor relationships? At Roses Southwest Papers, we're looking for a Purchasing Specialist to support our manufacturing operation by ensuring materials, supplies, and services are purchased efficiently and delivered on time. If you enjoy negotiating with suppliers, managing inventory levels, and helping keep operations running smoothly, we'd like to hear from you. What You'll Do Purchasing raw materials. Creating and tracking purchase orders. Communicating with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, lead times, and deliveries. Building and maintaining positive vendor relationships. Monitoring inventory levels and helping ensure adequate stock is available to meet production needs. Researching new suppliers and obtaining competitive quotes. Working closely with production, warehouse, and accounting teams to support daily operations. Maintaining accurate purchasing records and documentation. What We're Looking For Key Skills & Attributes Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and vendor relationship management abilities. Detail-oriented with strong follow-through. Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and purchasing software. Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple departments. Qualifications Previous purchasing, procurement, inventory control, or supply chain experience required. Manufacturing experience preferred. Experience with ERP or purchasing systems preferred. Knowledge of inventory management principles preferred. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred. Why Join Us?
