Submittal Supply Chain Coordinator | Las Vegas, NV Nexeo is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator for a growing manufacturing and automation company specializing in industrial packaging equipment and automated production systems. This is a key operations role responsible for coordinating purchasing, logistics, inventory control, and supplier performance. This position works closely with Operations leadership and warehouse teams to ensure materials flow efficiently, cost-effectively, and on time. Responsibilities Create and manage purchase orders (POs) Source, negotiate, and purchase materials Monitor inventory levels and trigger replenishment Track orders and resolve delays/issues Request quotes and evaluate suppliers (cost, quality, delivery) Ensure supplier compliance with standards Coordinate inbound shipments (air, ocean, ground) Prepare shipping and customs documentation Track deliveries and resolve logistics issues Maintain inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies Manage records including POs, invoices, and shipping documents Communicate supply risks, delays, and inventory status Identify process improvements and reduce costs Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, or logistics (REQUIRED) Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments strongly preferred Strong knowledge of: Purchasing and procurement processes Inventory management systems Logistics coordination (freight, shipping, imports/exports) Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and vendor management skills High attention to detail and problem-solving ability Proficient in Excel and ERP/MRP systems Pay $25.00-$28.00 per hour Schedule Full Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Nexeo Benefits
