Entry Level Buyer

You will collaborate with suppliers, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure timely procurement of goods and materials, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our supply chain. Duties Assist in the procurement process by reviewing purchase requisitions and preparing purchase orders. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials, products, and services aligned with production schedules and inventory needs. Support inventory management activities including stock level monitoring, inventory control, and reconciliation to prevent shortages or excess. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on logistics planning, order tracking, and supply chain coordination to optimize sourcing strategies. Maintain accurate records of purchasing activities, contracts, and supplier communications while adhering to company policies. Participate in negotiations with vendors to secure favorable pricing, terms, and conditions for procurement agreements. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to materials management, procurement workflows, and cost-saving opportunities. Experience Solid understanding of computer systems. Minimum Associates Degree. Experience with inventory control and supply chain fundamentals. Prior experience with purchasing processes, sourcing strategies, or logistics operations is a plus. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for managing procurement documentation and contracts. Excellent communication skills for effective negotiation and supplier relationship management. Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy in all tasks. A proactive attitude with a desire to grow within procurement or supply chain fields. Pay:

$25.00 - $26.00 per hour
