We are active in all types of installation; plan and specification as well as design/build projects. Being the only HVAC company with a full staff of PE's, some clients prefer to use our engineering talents to value engineer their projects. We have a full staff of project managers and superintendents. The average experience level of our managers and superintendents is 18 years with our company; successfully completing over 400 projects each year. Salary is dependent on experience We are currently looking for a HVAC Parts Agent to add to our team. The candidate must possess the following skills:
  • Vast knowledge of HVAC parts
  • Worked as a purchasing agent at a HVAC company in the NYC Metro Area
  • Keeping back office neat
  • Receive and distribute all deliveries
  • Sourcing the best price on HVAC parts
  • Familiar with all NYC supply houses
  • Manage inventory on mechanic's trucks
  • Coordinate jobs with dispatchers and clients
  • Make sure correct parts get to techs in timely fashion
  • Review credit card bill at the end of the month
  • Help with drivers payroll
  • Sourcing new AC units making sure they fit and match preexisting
  • Programming of new phones
  • Dealing with returning parts/ credits
  • Emailing/ calling of vendors
