• Overview
• The Procurement Clerk will support supplier set-ups and work closely with Global Business Services (GBS) teams to ensure smooth operations throughout the integration process.
• Key Responsibilities
• + Process supplier and GBS inquiries, prioritize based on urgency, and resolve or escalate issues as appropriate + Respond directly to suppliers using established FAQs where possible + Identify escalation points and route unresolved issues to responsible parties + Build and maintain a responsible party directory + Monitor inquiry flow through the central mailbox and track resolution progress + Ensure disciplined follow-up with responsible parties to resolve inquiries promptly + Perform daily and weekly reporting on inquiry status (total inquiries, total resolved, total in process) •Required Qualifications•+ Proficiency in English (Spanish is advantageous, strong English skills required) + Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills + Previous customer-oriented work experience + •1 year related experience in a manufacturing environment.
