Linde Engineering North America LLC Project Procurement Coordinator The Woodlands, TX, United States | req28078 What you will enjoy doing• In this role, you will support the creation of project vendor lists and help ensure we select the right partners You'll play a part in implementing and executing the Project Procurement Plan to support efficient sourcing Preparing Requests for Proposals and guiding the proposal process for assigned materials and services will be a key part of your work Maintaining key tracking tools, including project inquiry logs and MTO updates, will be part of your role You will also monitor Purchase Order acknowledgments to ensure timely, accurate confirmations Helping drive equipment and materials execution activities in line with the project schedule will be essential You will build strong, professional relationships with suppliers, external partners, and internal teams Upholding ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and internal SOPs will be expected Capturing and sharing commercial lessons learned across Procurement and other functions will support continuous improvement You will also help coordinate procurement activities across the team What makes you great You have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field as it is required, and an MBA is a plus Additionally, you are bringing 3-5 years of experience in Procurement, Global Procurement, project teams, or related functions Experience with Linde Engineering's SAP ERP system and Global Procurement Global Workshare processes is highly valuable Professional certifications such as C.P.M. or IACCM are strongly preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners Comfort interpreting business publications, technical procedures, or regulations, and the ability to produce clear, professional reports and documentation Confident presentation skills, including the ability to organize content, deliver to groups, and respond to questions Solid working knowledge of mathematical concepts such as percentages, ratios, probability, and statistical inference; understanding of procurement‑related accounting principles is important The ability to conduct thorough financial analyses, including cost and price analysis, currency impact evaluations, and time‑value‑of‑money calculations Effective computer skills, including SAP, Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, and other role‑specific applications Why you will love working with us Linde Engineering Americas (LEA) is a member of the Linde Engineering Division of Linde plc.
