6-12 Months Key Responsibilities Procurement & Purchasing Create, release, and manage purchase orders for production materials, laboratory supplies, packaging components, and indirect spending categories. Ensure timely procurement of materials to support manufacturing schedules and customer demand. Monitor open purchase orders and expedite critical deliveries as needed. Coordinate with suppliers on pricing, lead times, delivery schedules, and order confirmations. Maintain accurate procurement data and documentation in ERP/MRP systems. Supplier Management Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure performance in quality, delivery, and cost. Track supplier performance using key metrics such as on-time delivery, responsiveness, and quality. Support supplier qualification, onboarding, and evaluation in collaboration with Supplier Quality and Quality teams. Participate in supplier business reviews and continuous improvement initiatives. Inventory & Materials Management Monitor inventory levels and purchasing requirements to ensure optimal stock levels. Minimize material shortages, excess inventory, and obsolete stock. Collaborate with Planning, Manufacturing, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to support operational needs. Support cycle counts, inventory audits, and reconciliation activities. Education Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or related field is preferred. Experience 3-5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles. Experience in medical devices, diagnostics, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or other regulated manufacturing environments preferred. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, JDE, or equivalent.

Pay:

$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
