For more than 36 years, Hyde Park Restaurant Group has built a reputation for excellence in hospitality. We operate 14 restaurant properties across five states and continue to grow through strong leadership, exceptional service, and operational excellence. We are looking for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple projects, and takes pride in delivering results. Key Responsibilities Coordinate purchasing for facilities, renovations, equipment, furnishings, and new restaurant opening supplies Support facility improvement and renovation projects while maintaining quality standards and cost controls Obtain and compare vendor bids for materials and services Track orders, shipments, and project timelines to ensure deadlines are met Create and process purchase orders while collaborating with management and corporate staff Manage maintenance request lists and coordinate repairs with internal teams and outside vendors Maintain product consistency and vendor relationships Assist with receiving, inventory tracking, and project documentation Support ongoing facility maintenance initiatives across multiple restaurant locations Required Qualifications 2-4 years of purchasing experience within the hospitality, restaurant, hotel, or food service industry Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Results-driven with sound judgment and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Willingness to travel as needed Hospitality industry experience is required Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting facility maintenance, renovations, or construction projects Strong negotiation and vendor management skills Ability to anticipate business needs and work proactively Experience working with purchasing systems and purchase order processes Ability to follow direction while effectively coordinating projects and vendors Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Benefits We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package, including: 401(k) Retirement Plan Life Insurance Short-Term Disability Insurance Long-Term Disability Insurance Paid Holidays Paid Personal Days Paid Vacation Time Apply Today Qualified candidates should submit a resume along with salary requirements.
