Purpose of Position The Procurement Analyst is responsible for providing data analytics to aid in the development of corporate procurement strategies. The Procurement Analyst will develop and track global category spend and analytics for the fuel and FBO category, while also managing the weekly fuel pricing process. The Procurement Analyst will assist the category leadership with supplier performance and scorecarding analytics on an as needed basis. The Procurement Analyst will also assist with management of the AP process for the $1B+ fuel and FBO category and will help oversee the new fuel credit card project rollout. Under the guidance and supervision of the Global Procurement Manager, the Procurement Analyst executes the relevant Category strategies across the managed portfolio by leading the sourcing process, negotiating with approved suppliers, culminating in a contract that meets the product or service requirements for transactional areas of the fuel and FBO supply base.
Tasks and Responsibilities Develops, maintains, and executes the portfolio of Category and Supplier Strategies. Leads the procurement and sourcing processes while maintaining strict compliance with NetJets purchasing systems, processes, and policies. Applies tools, techniques, and processes to develop robust strategies, manage the supplier relationship, and identify areas of improvement and drive corrective actions. Develop and track global procurement metrics for flight operations as it pertains to Fuel and FBO related spend analytics, operational efficiencies, supplier performance, and benefits captured to drive procurement strategy development and implementation. Responsible for ensuring commercial contract compliance through the management of vendor price sheet updates and internal invoicing systems Provide expertise in process and systems; contribute to the development and implementation of enterprise-wide procurement processes and systems including documentation; optimize information systems based upon business needs, performance, and strategic objectives. Responsible for execution and management of the weekly fuel pricing update process for the North American locations managed out of the US.
