Purchasing Specialist
Dayton, OH Key Requirements
BS Degree in Supply Chain or business preferred
3+ years of purchasing materials, equipment, and services for industrial manufacturing Experience with equipment or machine manufacturing is ideal
Contract management, supplier selection and development, relationship building
Ability to negotiate price, ensuring quality and delivery
Monitor inventory, place and track orders, and ensure materials for production schedules Must be organized, collaborative, and able to work in a fast-paced environment focused on quality
Knowledge and use of MS Office products, SAP experience preferred, or ERP experience
