Purchasing Agent

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Agent to manage the purchasing process across multiple properties. This position is responsible for gathering quotes from vendors, submitting them for approval, and processing payments once authorized.

Key Responsibilities:

 Gather quotes from multiple vendors for supplies, services, and equipment needed across properties  Compare and organize quotes for management review  Submit quotes to management for approval  Issue purchase orders to vendors after receiving approval  Process and submit vendor invoices for payment  Track orders and ensure timely delivery  Maintain organized records of quotes, approvals, and payments  Communicate with vendors and property managers regarding purchasing needs

Qualifications:

Required:

 High school diploma or equivalent  0-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or administrative roles  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)  Excellent communication skills  Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Preferred:

 Experience in property management or real estate  Familiarity with purchasing or accounting software  Knowledge of maintenance supplies and property services
