COPY LINK link We are searching for one Sourcing Specialist for a large manufacturer in the Cranberry Twp, PA area.

Job duties:

Manage supplier subcontracts through evaluation, qualification, selection, negotiation, costing and project management. Resolvemercial and technical supplier issues and actions serving as liaison between supplier andpany. Create detailed supplier evaluation and risk analysis and present supplier rmendations to management and stakeholders. Identify supplier capability gaps and create corresponding development and maturation plan to support projects. Lead Supply chain efforts for proposal teams. Create opportunity-specific sourcing strategy with Program Management. Develop, negotiate, and author subcontracts for major equipment managing the technical exceptions and customer flow-downs. Manage subcontractor performance on existing subcontracts to ensure contractpliance; develop and enforce corrective actions/resolutions for contract issues. Monitor project cost performance and implement procurement strategies designed to reduce current and future project costs. Identify and track cost savings/overruns and facilitate resolution between engineering and subcontract supplier. Requirements for the

Sourcing Specialist:

Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management or related field and minimum 8 years' experience managing large-scale subcontracts in transit environment or related field, or equivalent education and experience. Advanced MS Excel modeling. Developed logical and critical thinking skills including the ability to develop, analyze and draw conclusions to problems requiring quantitative results. Advanced interpersonal, verbal and writtenmunications skills within cross-cultural work environment. Advancedputer skills with Microsoft Office products ERP Systems (preferably Syteline). This is a temp to hire opportunity. Initially the role will require you to work onsite. Once hired on by thepany, the role will transition to hybrid. $43-46/hr now if you are interested in this Sourcing Specialist in the Cranberry Twp, PA area.

Pay Details:
