Job Description

Requires theoretical knowledge through specific education and training. Review servicing loan files for completeness and accuracy via the VirPack system. Confirm that initial escrow deposits are accurate and correct as needed. Review Loan Set UP documents via VirPack to determine if loan is eligible for loan boarding. Communicate and resolve any issues with lenders and internal staff affecting loan import and loan boarding Contact Lenders to have loan set up completed, if necessary. Review daily ATSU Report for any loan exceeding tolerance limits. Make appropriate changes to the loan servicing system when discrepancies are found. Send notices to lenders requesting any missing or incomplete servicing documents. Follow-up with the lender on the outstanding escrow conditions and clear these items upon receipt of the proper documentation from the lenders. Setup escrow vendor information on the loan servicing system from the loan servicing documents submitted via the Virpack system. Make systematic corrections to loan accounts on the loan servicing system as requested by the purchasing team. Add the condo homeowner's association information to the loan servicing system. Notify appropriate staff when escrow amounts change and when the change affects the borrower's payment. Based on the change the Manager of Loan Servicing may need to revise the borrower's billing statement. Add and update the Mortgage Insurance and Mortgage Insurance Premium fields in the loan servicing system daily for new loans boarded. Add the Flood Certificate information to the loan servicing system for new loans boarded daily. Review and resolve loan setup PITI discrepancy errors. This requires the figures to be validated and compared against documents previously submitted in the loan file. Contact the lender as needed. Verify the borrower's name and address for new loans boarded in the loan servicing system via the MI Report daily and make needed corrections. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
