Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY
Solicits potential driver applicants using a database of leads in order to generate interest in the Company and to encourage candidates to apply or employment.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Contacts cold leads in order to generate interest and introduces qualified leads to driver recruiters. Review applications to determine candidates' employment eligibility. Conducts proactive sourcing of passive candidates to support the recruiting team in filling driver vacancies. Meets quota of calls and contact with candidates. Receives and carries out instructions. Manages regular and predictable attendance. Performs other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
  • Communicates effectively.
  • Exhibits ability to read, write, talk, and hear; add, subtract, multiply, and divide; and lift and/or move up to 35 pounds as required.
  • Uses computers and software programs proficiently.
EDUCATION AND/OR
EXPERIENCEAssociate's degree; or one to two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
