FUN:

Specific Responsibilities and Duties Responsible for negotiating with vendors to find quality product at competitive prices and adequate delivery time. Coordinates the purchase order and bid solicitation process. Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory of the warehouse. Meet with departmental directors and managers as necessary. Responsible for daily inventory stock ordering. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Skills You'll Need to Succeed Job Requirements (skills, knowledge, and abilities) Ability to analyze and interpret departmental needs and results. Knowledge of OSHA storage regulations and hazard chemical labeling and other applicable OSHA requirements. Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressures. Knowledge of gaming and alcohol beverage control laws and regulations. Broad variety of tasks and deadlines requires an irregular work schedule. Ability to perform assigned duties in an interruptive environment. Food & Beverage experience preferred. Experience using Stratton Warren System preferred. Educational Requirements Zero (0) to three (3) years of experience in purchasing related positions A two (2) year degree in related fields or equivalent work experience. Must be able to comply with all state gaming regulations, which may include obtaining a license.
