Procurement Specialist (Aftermarket) Supply Chain & Procurement

What you do Manages and optimizes relationships with North American suppliers specializing in aftermarket aircraft components, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and performance expectations Develops and implements procurement strategies to enhance supplier performance, minimize risks, and achieve cost savings in the aftermarket sector Ensures availability of critical aftermarket components to support maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) operations Collaborates with internal teams, including supply chain, engineering, finance, and MRO operations, to support business objectives Negotiates supplier agreements to secure favorable pricing and contract terms for aftermarket components What you bring Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 3 years in procurement or supply chain management, with experience in aftermarket aircraft components procurement preferred Strong negotiation and relationship management skills, particularly in the MRO and aftermarket sectors Experience with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office Suite Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage cross-functional teams Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally as needed What we offer 11 paid holidays a year, plus 15 days of paid vacation time, and 6 days of paid sick/personal time to start with an increase to 20 days of paid vacation time after 5 years with Pilatus 90% of medical, dental, and vision premiums paid for single coverage and 80% for family coverage, averaging $9, 600 annually Monthly health savings account (HSA) contributions totaling $2, 250 for single coverage and $3, 000 for family coverage annually 401(k) retirement plan matching up to 6% Life and long-term disability insurance premiums paid in full Tuition assistance available annually after the first year Become part of the Pilatus family We want to address everyone with our job ad's and are committed to diversity in our company - we are looking forward to receiving your online application For impressions: Check Instagram «pilatusaircraft»
