Hybrid Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Buyer to join our procurement team. This role supports sourcing, purchasing, and supplier coordination in a fast-paced, technical manufacturing environment. We are open to candidates at varying experience levels—from entry-level to senior. Responsibilities and compensation will be aligned with experience. Entry-level candidates will have the opportunity to learn from experienced team members, while senior candidates will lead sourcing and supplier management activities. Key Responsibilities Source and procure materials, components, and services from qualified suppliers Issue and manage purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery Track order status and expedite critical items to support production schedules Evaluate and manage supplier performance (quality, delivery, cost) Negotiate pricing and terms to achieve best overall value Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure compliance with company procedures Requirements Qualifications Experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain (level dependent) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Effective communication and collaboration abilities Experience with or ability to learn ERP/MRP systems Manufacturing or technical environment experience preferred What We Offer Flexibility in role level and career progression Mentorship and development opportunities for entry-level candidates Collaborative, project-driven work environment Competitive compensation based on experience The compensation range posted represents the full salary range for the role. Actual pay will be determined based on a candidate's experience, skills, and the position level ultimately offered. Salary Description $52,000 to $90,000 per year
