2 Months Potential to extend or convert to a permanent position Position Summary Hive+Co has a contract opportunity with our client for a Procurement Analyst - Technology & Asset Management supports procurement operations, sourcing activities, and technology asset lifecycle management. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate data, improving process efficiency, ensuring compliance, and supporting internal stakeholders across Technology, Finance, Legal, and Purchasing. Key Responsibilities Procurement Operations & Support Provide day-to-day administrative support for procurement of technology hardware, software, and services Maintain procurement records including contracts, POs, renewals, and vendor documentation Support purchase order processing, invoice reconciliation, and issue resolution Track contract terms, expirations, and renewals to ensure compliance Assist with vendor onboarding and documentation management Respond to internal inquiries regarding procurement processes and status Business Analysis & Reporting Compile and analyze procurement, spend, and asset data Generate recurring and ad hoc reports (vendor activity, contracts, inventory, performance) Identify data discrepancies, trends, and process improvement opportunities Support documentation and continuous improvement initiatives Sourcing Support Assist with supplier comparisons, pricing analysis, and sourcing documentation Support RFP/RFQ processes (tracking responses, organizing evaluations) Help review contracts for key business terms (pricing, renewals, usage) in coordination with Legal Technology Asset Management Maintain accurate records of software licenses, hardware inventory, and asset lifecycle status Partner with application owners to track software usage and support renewals/audits Coordinate device deployments, returns, and refresh activities Support onboarding/offboarding to ensure proper asset provisioning and recovery Assist with asset audits, disposal processes, and compliance tracking Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with cross-functional teams (Technology, Finance, Legal, Purchasing) Serve as a point of contact for procurement and asset-related inquiries Support training and communication on procurement processes and tools Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience) 1-3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, asset management, or business analysis Experience supporting procurement or sourcing in a structured environment Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Understanding of technology purchasing (software licensing, SaaS, hardware) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio) Experience with ERP or procurement/asset systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, Basware, Ivanti) preferred

$30.00 - $40.00 per hour
