Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Procurement Coordinator to support our procurement and project management teams. The successful candidate will be a critical link between project planning and execution, ensuring that project requirements are met efficiently and on schedule. Key responsibilities include reviewing project scope documents against construction drawings, managing the workflow for proposals and change orders, and executing the end-to-end order management process. This role will also maintain a project status tracker, communicate delays to project managers, assist with reporting, and provide essential administrative support to the project team. Key Responsibilities
  • Review project scope documents and validate project requirements against construction drawings
Proposal and Workflow Management:
Initiate and manage the routing of procurement proposals and change orders
  • Maintain Project Status Tracker and communicate delays to project managers
Order Management:
Placing orders with vendor and tracking order fulfillment to project sites
    Reporting:
    Help develop and maintain reports leveraging project scheduling, budget, and/or cost data
    • Project Manager administrative support with tasks ranging from note taking during coordination meetings to monitoring vendor schedules as needed Skills
    • Intermediate Excel proficiency
    • Experience with construction project management software a plus
    • Experience with reading construction drawings a plus Education & Experience
    • Bachelor's Degree
