Join the Oncology Portfolio, Strategy & Operations team at Janssen Biotech within the Marketing Engagements & Education Team (MEET) as a Procurement and Marketing Coordinator. You will support the commercial programs for the oncology portfolio by collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors to execute commercial activities and sponsorships.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and submit eMP system requests, track PR to PO process, and follow-up as needed Manage sponsorship agreements: identify, process, track sponsorships, secure Health Care Compliance approvals, finalize contracts, process payments Collaborate with external partners for program deliverables (live, hybrid, virtual events) Secure meeting staff, manage registrations, provide meeting details Serve as point of contact for program managers and on-site symposium attendees Provide post-conference follow-up, meeting summary, and feedback Process Totality close-outs and maintain Convention Summary log PO & Invoice reconciliation: resolve discrepancies, ensure payments, assist user base and finance teams Provide feedback and assist in process optimization initiatives for Procurement Process purchase requisitions/orders using eMP, modify/manage POs, troubleshoot system issues Supplier add process management through eMP and ARAVO, assist requestors, maintain smooth workflow Customer service: proactively communicate, provide training on J&J systems, support user community Ensure compliance with policies, assist contract management, process healthcare compliance submissions
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred (Marketing or Biology), or Associate's degree with 3-5 years equivalent experience Excellent communication and customer service skills Experience with external vendors/suppliers and web-based procurement systems (Ariba, SAP, ARAVO), eMarketplace preferred Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel (pivot tables, V-lookups, macros) Technically savvy, willing to learn/master web-based procurement systems
