Procurement Agent Ypsilanti, MI (Hybrid - 3 days in office per week) About Novilla RNG Novilla RNG is a nationwide developer of Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) projects at dairies across the continent. Our mission is providing a sustainable and bene?cial path for North American agriculture to reduce their greenhouse gas footprint and create a reliable income stream. Our process digests cow manure, creating biogas that is puri?ed into pipeline quality renewable natural gas that can be used in a variety of ways. The digestion of the manure mitigates the amount of greenhouse gases emitted from dairy lagoons. Novilla RNG is rapidly expanding with 5 projects in operation and two new construction projects in South Dakota with December 2026 COD goals. General Summary The Procurement Agent supports the Supply Chain team by managing day-to-day purchasing activities and coordinating closely with vendors and internal stakeholders. This role is critical to ensure materials and services are delivered on time and aligned with project requirements, helping keep construction and operations on schedule. Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Issue and manage purchase orders for materials, equipment, and services.
• Track purchase orders from issuance through delivery and closeout.
• Coordinate with vendors on pricing, lead times, and delivery schedules.
• Expedite materials as needed to meet project timelines.
• Coordinate deliveries with field teams and job sites.
• Assist in resolving delivery issues, discrepancies, or vendor-related concerns.
• Support vendor sourcing, bid comparisons, and quote evaluations.
• Assist in managing and documenting change orders.
• Ensure purchase orders align with company terms and conditions.
• Maintain organized and accurate procurement documentation.
• Partner with Accounting to resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Support vendor onboarding (W9s, COIs, system setup), performance and delivery commitments.
• Assist with procurement reporting, tracking, and metrics. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• 3-5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail with strong follow-through.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams, Point, or similar collaboration tools.
• Familiarity with ERP or purchasing systems preferred.
• Experience in construction, industrial, or manufacturing environments preferred. Working Conditions This is a hybrid role based in Ypsilanti, MI, with a combination of in-office work, remote work, and occasional travel to project sites. Compensation and Benefits
• $70,000 - 80,000 annually, plus discretionary bonus.
• 120 hours of PTO and 40 hours of sick time during the first 12 months of employment (pro-rated based on start date). 160 hours of PTO and 40 hours of sick time annually after the first 12 months.
