We're partnering with a fast-moving, growth-focused organization seeking a Procurement Specialist to support complex indirect sourcing initiatives across multiple business functions. This role offers strong exposure to enterprise-wide procurement strategy, senior stakeholder engagement, and high-impact cost optimization efforts. Location Hybridin Charlotte, NCOR REMOTE

- Lead sourcing initiatives across indirect spend categories including services, IT, facilities, and operational supp ort
- Drive end-to-end RFx processes including RFP, RFQ, and RFI execut ion
- Develop category strategies informed by spend analytics and market intellige nce
- Partner with cross-functional teams such as Finance, IT, HR, and Operations to align sourcing strategies with business go als
- Build and maintain supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and manage performance metr ics
- Support commercial bid processes with pricing analysis and supplier cost model ing
- Identify cost savings opportunities while improving supplier value and service deliv ery
- Ensure procurement governance, policy adherence, and contract lifecycle managem ent What You B ring
- 7+ Years of experience in indirect procurement or strategic sour cing
- Strong background leading RFx events and supplier negotiat ions
- Ability to analyze spend data and develop actionable sourcing strate gies
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed environ ment
- Knowledge of supplier performance management and contract administra tion
