Job Description:

We're partnering with a fast-moving, growth-focused organization seeking a Procurement Specialist to support complex indirect sourcing initiatives across multiple business functions. This role offers strong exposure to enterprise-wide procurement strategy, senior stakeholder engagement, and high-impact cost optimization efforts. Location

• Remote. Candidates from Charlotte, NC or Auburn Hills, MI areas strongly preferred
• Open to remote candidates aligned to EST hours Employment Type W2 Contract Duration 4 Months+ highly possible extension M-F, 40hrs/week, 8-5 ET What You'll Do
• Lead sourcing initiatives across indirect spend categories including services, IT, facilities, and operational support
• Drive end-to-end RFx processes including RFP, RFQ, and RFI execution
• Develop category strategies informed by spend analytics and market intelligence
• Partner with cross-functional teams such as Finance, IT, HR, and Operations to align sourcing strategies with business goals
• Build and maintain supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and manage performance metrics
• Support commercial bid processes with pricing analysis and supplier cost modeling
• Identify cost savings opportunities while improving supplier value and service delivery
• Ensure procurement governance, policy adherence, and contract lifecycle management What You Bring
• Experience in indirect procurement or strategic sourcing
• Strong background leading RFx events and supplier negotiations
• Ability to analyze spend data and develop actionable sourcing strategies
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed environment
• Knowledge of supplier performance management and contract administration
