Purchase Order Coordinator

Description This role supports a high-volume operational team responsible for managing purchase orders and enabling multiple enterprise initiatives. The position involves repetitive, detail-oriented work and requires consistent follow-through across the full PO lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include:

Processing a large volume of purchase orders weekly (ranging from 100 to 500), including receiving, reconciling, and closing POs Maintaining and updating Smartsheets to track store lists, confirmations, and deliverables Communicating status updates, progress, and issues clearly to internal team members Supporting multiple ongoing projects that require coordination with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders Skills Smartsheet

S. store locations (e.g., plumbing assessments) Experience supporting equipment-related programs (e.g., Smart Save), including PO creation, invoicing, and survey reviews Strong training and communications support skills, including: Creating Quick Reference Guides (QRGs) Managing shared inboxes and triaging supplier questions Routing tickets or issues to the appropriate teams Experience assisting with supplier training, onboarding, and adoption of new tools or applications (e.g., Supplier Connect App) Comfort supporting app-related initiatives, including coordination with developers and internal teams Proven ability to manage inbox workflows, stakeholder questions, and ongoing communications efficiently Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00
