Job Description
Description This role supports a high-volume operational team responsible for managing purchase orders and enabling multiple enterprise initiatives. The position involves repetitive, detail-oriented work and requires consistent follow-through across the full PO lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:
Processing a large volume of purchase orders weekly (ranging from 100 to 500), including receiving, reconciling, and closing POs Maintaining and updating Smartsheets to track store lists, confirmations, and deliverables Communicating status updates, progress, and issues clearly to internal team members Supporting multiple ongoing projects that require coordination with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders Skills Smartsheet- Data Administration and Entry, MS Excel
