  • 5/17/2026 Key Responsibilities The Utah Department of Corrections is seeking an outgoing, independent thinker, with an eye for detail and a deep-rooted passion for purchasing to join our team as a Purchasing Agent I .
The Purchasing Agent I is responsible for: Monitoring facility contracts. Managing facility surplus. Tracking fixed assets. Assisting in completing inventory assignments as needed. Process purchase orders. Coordinate food orders. May help with warehouse ordering and inventory. Works closely with finance department. Assist with retirement.
