Purchasing Specialist | Hybrid (Chicagoland Area) We're working with a growing and dynamic organization looking to add a Purchasing Specialist to their team. This role offers strong exposure to operations and supply chain leadership, with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on procurement processes and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage purchase orders and track vendor performance to ensure timely delivery
Build and maintain strong vendor relationships
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment needs
Identify cost-saving opportunities and support process improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, finance, and logistics
Qualifications:
2+ years of purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience with ERP systems and Excel preferred
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
