Job Description

JOB SUMMARY
The Sourcing Specialist is responsible for qualifying and assigning approved suppliers/inspectors to customer order requests in a timely manner as outlined in Assignment Team metrics. In general, responsibilities include the ability to maintain strong relationships with approved suppliers/inspectors and to follow-up with chosen supplier/inspector on assigned inspections to ensure timely completion in alignment with team metrics. Accuracy, thoroughness, and timeliness are key performance measures for the assignment specialist position. In addition, he/she will have a positive attitude, collaborate effectively with management and all employees of the organization in all aspects of the job responsibilities, and will respond in a timely manner to all requests for assistance. This is a hybrid remote position. Onsite work can be in our Doylestown, PA office or our Denville, NJ office.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as liaison between customers (relocation companies) and homeowners (transferees) regarding appointments, problems, and delays. Address supplier/inspector inquiries include, but are not limited to clarifying, researching, and providing all information required to complete the assignment in compliance with customer expectations. Pre-qualify previously unused suppliers/inspectors in accordance with corporate protocols for same Obtain and maintain required documentation from suppliers/inspectors in accordance with Fidelity Inspection's guidelines. Negotiate reasonable fees with suppliers/inspectors to ensure cost-effective completion of customer orders. Resolve problems by clarifying issues, developing equitable solutions, and achieving satisfactory closure to outstanding issues.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond to incoming calls and e-mail inquiries from customers and inspectors in a timely manner. Prioritize daily workflow to maximize efficiency Maintain frequent contact with inspectors regarding inspection appointments and reporting results. Work towards maintaining performance metrics both on the team and personal level. Assist staff and management associates when requested. Overtime is required during peak season.
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong customer service orientation Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent communication skills, including Microsoft Windows, Office, Outlook and Internet applications Highly Organized and a strong attention to detail Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Ability to learn and develop additional skills as requested

Pay:
$30.00 per hour
