Monday, Wednesday, Friday About the Role D2G Group is hiring a Senior Sourcing Specialist to lead sourcing execution across key product categories. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role focused on driving cost, quality, and speed-to-market outcomes. You'll partner cross-functionally with Category Management, Product Development, Quality, Logistics, and Marketing to bring products from concept to market efficiently and competitively. This role offers a high level of ownership and is ideal for someone who is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to commute to our Fall River, MA office for in-person collaboration on Tuesdays and Thursdays. What You'll Do Execute sourcing strategies aligned with category goals (cost, quality, lead time) Identify, evaluate, and manage supplier relationships Negotiate pricing and commercial terms for new and existing products Build and maintain costing and margin tracking Support product development, samples, approvals, and launches Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and improve processes Monitor supplier performance and identify cost-saving opportunities What We're Looking For 5+ years in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain Strong negotiation and supplier management experience Analytical mindset with strong Excel skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Independent, self-starter who takes ownership and drives results Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, or related field Compensation Starting at $75,000+ annually , with higher compensation based on experience, skills, and qualifications. In accordance with Massachusetts pay transparency requirements, this role has a minimum base salary of $75,000. Final compensation will be based on experience, expertise, and internal equity.
