Potential for extension based on performance and business needs Overview We are looking for a Sourcing Analyst to support procurement and logistics operations across Latin America, including Chile, Mexico, and Brazil. This role focuses on purchase order management, supplier coordination, contract support, and procurement reporting. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain, is highly organized, and comfortable working with data, vendors, and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Support procurement and sourcing activities across LATAM logistics categories Manage purchase orders, supplier records, and procurement documentation Assist with contract tracking, review, and administrative support Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams across Chile, Mexico, and Brazil Support RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs, including data collection and supplier communication Build reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint Analyze procurement data to identify trends and support decision-making Assist with supplier onboarding and procurement system updates Support cross-functional projects with Finance, Logistics, and Procurement teams Required Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in Logistics Procurement, Supply Chain, or related field Bachelor's degree preferred Fluent in Spanish and English (required - spoken and written) Experience with purchase orders and procurement processes Experience reviewing or supporting contracts Strong Excel skills, including:
VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
Pivot Tables Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment Preferred Portuguese language skills (plus) Experience supporting LATAM operations Experience with Coupa, Oracle, SAP, or similar systems Exposure to Source-to-Pay (S2P) or Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
