Pay Rate:
$50-$55/hour on W2 Job Summary ;we are seeking a Strategic Sourcing Analyst Contractor to support Enterprise Supply Management (ESM) by managing medium-complexity sourcing engagements and driving competitive procurement activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing sourcing strategies, managing RFx processes, negotiating contracts, and partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure cost-effective procurement of goods and services while maintaining compliance with procurement policies and best practices . Key Responsibilitie s;Manage a pipeline of medium-complexity sourcing engagements valued at over $250K within assigned categorie s.

Support Category Leads on high-complexity sourcing initiatives and assist with requisition and purchase order creatio n.

Lead end-to-end sourcing and competitive bidding (RFx) processe s.

Develop and execute negotiation strategies to achieve optimal commercial outcome s.

Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and create sourcing documentatio n.

Collaborate with Category Management, Supplier Management, Vendor Management, Legal, Risk, and TPRM team s.

Ensure adherence to fair business practices and procurement policie s.

Manage sourcing activities including renewals, new deals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and supplier agreement s.

Facilitate supplier consolidation, co-terming initiatives, and evaluation agreement s.

Ensure smooth handoff of completed transactions to Purchasing, Contracting, and Accounts Payable team s.

Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to departmental initiative s.

Support special projects and other sourcing-related activities as assigne d.
Required Qualificatio ns:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience consider ed.5+ years of general business experien ce.5+ years of procurement, strategic sourcing, purchasing, or contract negotiation experien ce.

Experience managing RFx processes and supplier negotiatio ns.

Strong understanding of procurement lifecycle and sourcing best practic es.

Excellent written and verbal communication skil ls.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoin t).Experience working with financial systems and e-commerce platfor ms.

Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational leve ls.
Preferred Qualificati ons:
Experience supporting enterprise-level sourcing and procurement operati ons.

Knowledge of supplier management, vendor management, and third-party risk management proces ses.

Experience handling contracts, renewals, and sourcing engagements across multiple categor ies.

Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving ski lls.
