Job Description
I have a client located in the Cranston, RI area that has an opportunity for a Contract Buyer. If you or any of your colleagues are interested in discussing this role, please click Apply Now . In this role, you will be working as a Buyer for a client that works in the manufacturing industry. This position will be responsible for purchasing parts and materials for new and ongoing projects. This position is a contract to possible hire role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be worked on-site. Pay; $60,000-$65,000/Yr. Bachelors degree or equivalent experience 3+ years experience working in a manufacturing environment purchasing mechanical and electronic parts Review requisitions, contracts and examine quotes to make purchases Negotiate and maintain vendor relationships Expedite purchased materials as required #VIS
