Adecco is seeking an experienced Site Sourcing Specialist for a leading manufacturinganization in Duncan, SC. This role serves as the key liaison between the local site, suppliers, and regionalmodity teams to support sourcing initiatives, supplier management,pliance activities, and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities
Support sourcing and supplier management activities for the Duncan facility
Monitor material variances and provide data to finance and business teams
Maintain sourcing rules and purchasing parameters within ERP systems
Coordinate supplier qualification activities, including APQP and PPAP processes
Assist with supplier transitions, material changeovers, and sourcing projects
Manage invoice discrepancies, engineering change requests, claims, and chargebacks
Serve as the first point of escalation for supplier-related issues
Supportpliance initiatives, documentation management, and process improvements
Work cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Finance teams
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Economics, Finance, or related field preferred
3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, transportation, or heavy industry environments
2-4 years of purchasing, sourcing, procurement, or supply chain experience
Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, or Baan
Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
Excellentmunication, problem-solving, andanizational skills
Preferred Experience
Supplier management and sourcing activities
APQP/PPAP
processes
ERP reporting tools such as Power BI or Crystal s
Knowledge of import/export regulations, Incoterms, and supply chain processes
Experience working within ISO or IRIS quality systems
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit, stand, walk, andmunicate throughout the workday
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed
Ability to wear required PPE when entering production areas
Ability to work on-site and travel up to 10% as needed

Pay Details:
$40.00 per hour
