http://www.shinhungglobal.co.kr/ 110 Life's Good Way, Clarksville, TN 37040 Purchasing Specialist (Entry Level) Job Description Analyze client's production forecast Plan purchase and supply schedule Place purchase order to suppliers Meet the procurement schedule & solve any unexpected problems Contact with global supplier (Korea, China, Vietnam, Mexico, etc.) Stock shortage risk control Communicate with custom brokers and freight forwarders to ensure on time delivery Provide proper shipping documents for customs clearance Solve supplied item quality problem Analyze & Report for purchase / sales performance Contact with costumers constantly Provide shipment information and logistic schedule Purchase parts with the lowest cost though negotiation Resolve Quality Problems on Supplied items Daily Purchase Report and Purchase closing in Oracle Daily Sales Report and Sales closing in Oracle Compiling supplier invoices/
Logistic Cost Report Requirement:
Be able to speak, read, and write Korean (preferred) Understand of Logistic process (Ocean, Air, Ground) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is a must Strong interpersonal skills Advanced knowledge of M/S Office (Power-point, Excel, Word) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Associate Degree or higher in Business or international trading, or relative experience for over 2 years
